Oreo biscuit cake:-

Ingredients
20 Oreo biscuit, 1 cup milk, 3/4 tsp Eno or baking powder, 3 tbsp powdered sugar

How to make
Grind coarsely all biscuits with cream in a mixie. Now add milk, powdered sugar and Eno and grind again. Now grease microwave safe bowl with butter. Pour the cake batter to bowl. It should not be too thin or too thick. Set microwave at 180 degree Celsius for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool down. Now invert the cake. Now cut cake into pieces. Serve delicious Oreo cake.
