Chocolate biscuit cake:-
Ingredients
20 Rich tea biscuits, 1 cup dark chocolate, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 1 egg, butter, 1/4 cup milk chocolate
How to make
Take a bowl and crumble biscuits into small pieces and set the bowl aside. Take another bowl. Mix butter and sugar until mixture gets a light lemon color. Now melt 1/2 cup chocolate in a pan over low heat. Stir it witha a large spoon. Slowly pour butter-sugar mixture into melted chocolate. Now add egg and continue stirring. Pour in the biscuit pieces and fold them into the mixture. Now grease a small cake mould with butter. Pour cake mixture into cake mould. Lay the mixture as evenly as possible to prevent any gaps from forming at the bottom. Let it chill for at least 3 hours. Now melt remaining chocolate in a pan. Now take out cake from refrigerator. Flip the cake. Now pour this melted chocolate over the cake properly and put inside refrigerator to cool. Melt milk chocolate and cover the cake with it. Again allow it to cool for 30 minutes. Now take out of pan. Serve chilled cake.
