Deepika's best hero: Ranbir or Ranveer?
Among last year's blockbusters was 'Chennai Express', a rom-com from Rohit Shetty and it told a North-South love story. Deepika was Meenalochani Azhagusundaram and Shah Rukh Khan, Rahul Mithaiwala. SRK played the chivalrous man who saves DP from the goondas and a marriage she is against. After several escapades and a fake elopement, true love happens. The exchanges between Deepika, with her pronounced South Indian accent, and SRK, who struggles to communicate with her, were one of the film's highlights.
