Besan Masala
peanuts:-
Ingredients
1 and 1/2
cups peanuts (roasted), 1/2 cups besan, 4tbsp rice flour, 5 cloves garlic, 5 dry
red chillies,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, few curry leaves,
1 tsp salt, water (as needed), oil for
deep frying
How to
make
Take peanuts
and roast them at home. Soak garlic cloves and dry red chillies in water for
about 15 minutes. Grind garlic and chillies along with soaked water. Now add besan,
rice flour, turmeric powder, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them all. Add
little water in the mixture. Now add peanuts in mixture. Masala mixture should coat peanuts on all
sides. Heat oil in a pan. Separate each
peanut while dropping them in oil. Fry till they turn golden brown. Remove from
oil and drain excess oil using a paper towel. Store peanuts in an airtight
container.
