Dark chocolate hot cocoa

Ingredients2 cups milk,1 cup thickened cream,150g dark chocolate chopped,2 tablespoons brown sugar,Large pinch of ground nutmeg.
Method1.Place milk and cream in a saucepan over medium-low heat. cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until just heated through . Reduce heat to low. Add chocolate. Whisk until melted and combined.
2.Add sugar. Whisk until dissolved. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Whisk in nutmeg. Serve.
