Sakshi Malik
In wrestling, Sakshi Malik claimed bronze in the Women's Freestyle 62 kg. At the 2016 Summer Olympics, she won the bronze medal in the 58 kg category, becoming the first Indian female wrestler to win a medal at the Olympics and the fourth female Olympic medalist from the country.

Sikki Reddy and Ashwini Ponnappa take home the bronze after winning their second game 21-19. They also won their first game 21-19 against Australia's Setuana Mapasa and Gronya Somerville.
