Cook Paneer and Cauliflower Lifafa with this easy recipe

Ingredients
For lifafas
1 and 1/2 cups plain flour/maida, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp melted ghee, salt to taste, plain flour (maida) for rolling, oil for cooking
To be mixed into stuffing
3/4 cup cauliflower (grated), 3/4 cup paneer/cottage cheese (grated), 1 and 1/2 tbsp green chillies (finely chopped), 2 tbsp coriander/dhania (grated), salt to taste
How to make
In a deep bowl, take maida, milk, ghee, salt and water. Mix them and knead into soft dough. Keep it aside. Make stuffing by mixing cauliflower, paneer, green chillies, dhania and salt together. Keep this stuffing aside too.
Now divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll a portion into circle using plain flour. Place 3 tbsp of the stuffing in the centre. Meanwhile, heat tava. Now, fold 2 opposite corners of the roti over the filling, overlapping them slightly. Now fold the remaining 2 sides to seal the stuffing well. Put lifafa on tava and cook lifafa on slow flame using little oil till they are golden brown in colour from both the sides. Repeat the same process to remaining lifafas. Tasty paneer and cauliflower lifafa are ready to eat. Serve immediately.
