Ingredients

For Gravy

2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp garlic/lehsun paste, 1 tbsp ginger/adrak paste, 1 onion (chopped), 2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies, 1 tbsp coriander/dhania powder, salt to taste, 2 green chillies (chopped), 1 cup tomato puree, 1 tsp kasoori methi, garam masala powder to taste

Other Ingredients
2 tsp oil, 1 tsp ginger/adrak paste, 200 gms mushrooms (khumbh) (quartered and boiled), salt to taste, 2 green capsicum (cut lengthwise), 1 red capsicum (julienned), a pinch of garam masala

How to make

Take a pan and heat oil. Add garlic paste, ginger paste and onion. Fry till onion turn brown in colour. Now add red chillies, coriander powder and salt and mix well. Add green chillies and tomato puree in pan. Mix well and cook on slow flame while stirring continuously for 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.

Now, in another kadhai, heat oil. Add ginger paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, capsicums, salt and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now mix this cooked mushrooms with the gravy. Sprinkle kasoori methi and garam masala. Kadhai mushroom is ready to eat. Serve hot with your favourite Indian bread.
