Cook delicious Pindi Chana in your kitchen

Ingredients
250 gms pindi chole, 1 tbsp tea leaves, 1 tbsp cloves, 3-4 cinnamon, 5 green cardamom, 6 black cardamom, 2-3 bay leaves, ginger pieces (grated), 3 green chillies (chopped), 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp dried mango powder, 1 tsp kasuri methi powder, 2 tsp ajwain, 4-5 garlic pods (crushed), 1 tbsp tamarind water, black salt and regular salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp jeera powder, 1 tsp pomegranate powder
How to make
First, soak chole overnight. Then take a clean cloth and put tea leaves, cinnamon, cloves, green cardamom, black cardamom and bay leaves in it. Make a bundle of it. Now boil soaked chole in water for an hour along with bundle of spices and salt. Once it get boiled, add turmeric powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, kasuri methi powder and pomegranate powder and keep all aside without mixing or stirring. Now take a pan and heat oil. Add ajwain, ginger, garlic and green chillies in oil and fry for 3-4c minutes. Add the mixture over chole and mix. Add water, pinch of black salt, tamarind water, regular salt to taste and cook it over low flame for 15 minutes. Once cooked, garnish Pindi chana with chopped coriander.
