Erica and Shaheer play lead in Kasautii Zindagii Kay remake
Earlier this year, Film/TV producer and director Ekta Kapoor had hinted the remake of popular TV show Kasautii Zindagii Kay. A step in the direction has been taken with Erica Fernandes dorning the shoes of Shweta Tiwari, who played Prerna in the popular TV saga.
The Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi actress Erica, who shall be playing the lead role in the show, recently shot for the teaser. Donning a black dress and red dupatta, Erica seems geared up to step into the shoes of Shweta Tiwari.
While rumour mills have it that Erica's Kuch Rang... co-star Shaheer Sheikh will play Anurag, sources reassert that he is not in consideration as the actor has already signed Mughal-e-Azam on Colors. So, the hunt for the male lead is still on.
