Ingredients
(1 cup = 250 ml)
1 tbsp of instant coffee, 1/4 cup of warm water (62.5 ml), 3 to 4 tbsp of sugar or add as required, 2 cups of chilled milk (500 ml), 6 to 8 ice cubes or as required
How to make
Take 1 tbsp of instant coffee in a blender, add 1/4 cup warm water and 3 to 4 tbsp sugar (according to taste). Blend it until the coffee solution becomes frothy and the color lightens, probably for a minute or two.
Add 6 to 7 ice cubes or as required to the coffee solution. Now pour 2 cups of chilled milk.
Blend all the ingredients again. Stop when froth on top is visible. Cold coffee is prepared. Finally, pour in glasses and serve cold.
