Chocolate Mousse Meringue Layer Cake Recipe

To assemble
Set aside enough mousse to frost sides and top. Divide in half and assemble layers of meringue and mousse into a 3-layer cake with the remaining mousse. Let it chill. Spread remaining mousse over top and sides of the cake.
Press meringue sticks along the side of the cake. Chop the remaining meringue sticks randomly and dab them at the top of the cake.
Let it chill. Garnish with dusting of powdered sugar and serve.
