Caption Salman Takes Off Flight for Big Boss 8
Clear the flight runway please, actor Salman Khan's fans are in for some fun. The makers of TV reality show Bigg Boss have released the first teaser of their eighth season. Salman was just recently confirmed to be returning to hosting duties for the new season, after having dropped hints that he might not be.
The 30-second teaser features the actor gearing up for a flight in a pilot's uniform. In the clip, Salman suits up, complete with a peaked cap and a sly smile.
Salman Khan, who has previously hosted four seasons of the controversial celebrity show, was reportedly in two minds about returning to the show. However, Raj Nayak, CEO, Colors, announced Salman's return to the show on August 11 on Twitter.
In the last season of Bigg Boss, Salman Khan had faced negative comments when he came out in support of participants Tanishaa and Arman Kohli. The criticism irked Salman to the extent that he even said that he may not return for Bigg Boss 8.
Earlier, Salman had also suggested that actor and frenemy Shah Rukh Khan would make a good host for the show. However, the teaser clearly reveals that the original Bigg Boss Khan has belted up again for a 'bumpy' flight.
