Cafe style Spicy and Creamy Penne Pasta at home!

Cafe style penne pasta is all people need! Today I have brought a simple recipe of this amazing pasta at home. Do try it and stay tuned for other recipes

Ingredients:

14oz Penne Pasta, oil, minced garlic, tomato paste, heavy cream, chili flakes, dried basil, black pepper, salt up to taste, pasta water, grated cheese, unsalted butter

Direction:

1- Boil pasta in a large pot and reserve at least half a cup of pasta water
2- In a pan, add oil over medium heat. add garlic and tomato paste and cook for 4-5 minutes. the tomato paste will darken in color.
3- Add cream and mix, Simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
4- Add chilli flakes, basil, salt, and black pepper up to the taste.
5- Add grated cheese, butter ad 1/2 cup of pasta water. Mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
6- Toss in the cooked pasta and mix to coat evenly.
7- Serve hot and top it off with chopped parsley and chilli flakes.
