Khan had initially suggested "Mental" for the title of the movie, nevertheless, his father said that he "felt the title required to be much more pertinent" and needed one thing patriotic, snce the movie will be releasing on Republic Day.
"Jai Ho" is reportedly the remake of "Stalin," directed by A.R. Murugados, which is set to hit theaters on January 24, 2014.
