Beyonce was performing on stage as part of her Mrs Carter World Tour when she noticed the student's birthday badge and said: 'You got the sign and everything, what's your name? How do you spell it?'
She then proceeded to sing directly to her, before adding that she hoped she had said her name correctly, and kissing her on the hand.
Shehnaz tweeted after the performance: 'BEYONCE SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME my life has been made in every sense, literally what is life? Thank you so much @beyonce.'
