Bengali-style pulao with butter panner at home!

Ingredients: Basmati rice, Ghee, Turmeric powder, edible oil, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, carrots, beans, green peas, cauliflower, cashew, raisins, sugar syrup, salt to taste.
How to prepare: 1- Take 1 cup of basmati rice, wash it well, and rinse the water. 2- Add 1 tbsp ghee3- 1/2 tbsp turmeric, mix them with the rice, and keep it aside for 30 minutes. 4- Boil the rice, when it is cooked properly, and keep them aside 5- Take a pan to add 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp ghee6- Add 2 cardamom, 4 cloves, 2 bay leaves, cinnamon stick and slightly fry them for 30 seconds. 7- Add small slices of carrots, beans and fry them for 2-3 minutes8- Add one handful of green peas and chopped cauliflower, fry them until cooked9- Add cashew and raisin, lightly fry them for a few minutes10- Add salt to taste11- Add cooked rice, slightly stir12- Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar syrup and 1 tbsp of ghee
Mix them well and it's ready to serve!
