Take wise decision:- If you free yourselves from burden of always saying yes then you make better and wiser decisions. Saying no often means you get time to take any decision. You also don't go beyond your morals and values.

Respect:- In order to please others you always say yes. Thus you stop caring yourself and lose confidence.  Always yes means that you don't love and respect yourself. So, it's good to say no and makes yourself believe that you also deserve to be respected.
