The way to Waipio Valley beach is quite hard. Waipio Valley Beach is a mile-long black volcanic sand beach bordered by 2000-foot cliff walls. The Kaluahine and Waiulili waterfalls cut into the cliffs at the south end of the beach are extremely wonderful. The beach has dense forests also.
