Beat the heat with Phalse ka Sharbat

Ingredients
500 gm phalse, 200 gm sugar, 350 ml water, soda water as per need, ice cubes, black salt as required
How to make
First wash phalse with water. Now, in a bowl prepare sugar syrup by mixing sugar and water. Then boil for five minutes. Add phalse and leave them in sugar-water liquid for overnight. This helps improve the flavour of phalse. Next morning, blend them in mixture and strain them. Now take four glasses and pour this liquid in them equally. Fill the remaining glass with soda. Add black salt and stir. Add ice cubes and serve.
