Bake Banana Cake with this easy recipe

250g butter (at room temperature), 1 and 1/2 cups sugar, 4 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 ripe bananas (peeled and mashed), 2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 cup hot milk, 3 cups all purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder
How to make
Preheat oven to 170 degree C. Line a medium cake tin with baking paper. Meanwhile, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Then beat all four eggs one-by-one. Now beat vanilla and bananas. Dissolve baking soda in hot milk and add to mixture. Stir to combine. Sift in flour and baking powder and fold gently into mixture using a big spoon and a large scooping action to keep the mixture light. Pour mixture into prepared tin and smooth top. Bake until cakes coked properly. It will take around 45-55 minutes. Allow to cool in tin and then turn out. Delicious Banana cake is ready to eat. Cut in slices and keep it in refrigerator for some time. Store in a sealed container for 2-3 days and keep it in refrigerator so it won’t get spoiled.
