Amy Adams next project 'Story of your life'
'American Hustle' star Amy Adams is in talks to star in 'Story of Your Life', which is an adaptation of author Ted Chiang which is being directed by Denis Villeneuve.
Eric Heisserer has written the script for the project, which is being financed and produced by Film Nation and David Linde's Lava Bear Films. Also producing are 21 Laps' Shawn Levy and Dan Levine.
The script, based on a short story by Ted Chiang, is written by Eric Heisserer and is centered on an alien spacecraft landing on Earth. Adams would play a linguist for the military to determine the intentions of the aliens, who have already reached out.Chiang's story, published in 1999, won the Nebula Award. Adams recently completed 'Big Eyes'for Tim Burton.
