Additi is best known as Heer from the show Kis Desh Main Hai Mera Dil opposite Harshad Chopda. She has reportedly been signed on for the second season of Kaal Bhairav Rahasya on Star Bharat opposite TV hunk Gautam Rode. She was in a relationship with investment banker Rizwan Bachav for around five years. They broke up in 2017. Then, she was linked to Laksh Lalwani who was her co-star in Pardes Main Hai Mera Dil and the rumours infuriated her.
