How to make
Rinse mangoes, peel and chop them.
Finely blend the chopped mango pieces.
Add cardamom powder and crushed saffron strands and stir.
Add some sugar or some milk or water if you find the ras too thick.
Let it chill in the refrigerator.
Serve aamras with pooris or chapattis.
