Naina Lal Kidwai started her career with ANZ Grindlays and today is the Group General Manager and Country Head of HSBC India. She is also serving as a non-executive director on the board of Nestle SA.  Naina has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University and an MBA from Harvard Business school making her the first Indian woman to graduate from the esteemed university.
