Sit with legs straight in front of the body.
Lift the arms keeping the fist closed and thumbs pointing upward.
Focus at a point at level in front of the eyes.
Keep the head fixed and focus on the Space between the eyebrows-Left thumb-Space between the eyebrows-Right thumb-Space between the eyebrows-Left thumb.
Repeat it for 10-20 times.
