Paba and Tangdur...
Paba is made using peas and wheat. The dough is made using
roasted flours of wheat, barley, buckwheat, peas and Ladakhi black beans, which
makes it edible. It is had with Tangdur which happens to be buttermilk with
fresh wild vegetables.
