Honey Cheesecake...
Some cream cheese, honey and whipped cream and you are good to go.
Ingredients
2 butternut snap biscuits, 250g block cream cheese softened, 1/4 cup honey, 12 short crust pastry tartlets, 300ml tub thickened cream whipped.
How to make
Place them in a small food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and honey until smooth.
Now, spoon cheese mixture between pastry cases.
Also spoon cream into a piping bag fitted with a 1cm fluted nozzle and pipe cream over cream cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with the biscuit crumbs and serve immediately.
