Banana Ginger Smoothie is ideal to ease heartburn symptoms
homeopathically.
Ingredients
1/2 cup ice, 2 cups milk, 2 bananas ripe, 1 cup yogurt, 1/2
tsp fresh ginger peeled and grated fine, 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional)
How to make
In a blender, add the ice, milk, bananas, yogurt and ginger
and blend until smooth.
Add sugar as needed and serve immediately.
