Mango and Yogurt
Smoothie...
This is a simple smoothie with goodness of ripe mango.
Ingredients
1 large ripe mango peeled and cut into a few chunks, 1 ripe
banana peeled and cut in half, 1 cup whole milk yogurt, 1 cup crushed ice,
pinch of cardamom, mint to garnish
How to make
Blend all ingredients except for the mint in a blender until
very smooth and frothy.
Garnish with mint and drink immediately.
