Coconut Smoothie
Creamy coconut yogurt, mango and passion fruit to save your
souls.
Ingredients
200ml coconut milk, 4 tbsp coconut milk yogurt, yogurt, 1
banana, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seed, 120g frozen mango
chunks, 1 passion fruit.
How to make
Blend all ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into 1 tall glass.
Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape the seeds on top.
Serve immediately.
