Cucumber apple and
ginger smoothie...
This smoothie is rich in fiber, magnesium, iron, vitamins C
and E, B vitamins, calcium and potassium.
Ingredients
1 small cucumber, 1 apple cored, 1 tbsp minced ginger, freshly
squeezed juice of 1 lime, 1 tbsp honey, 1 cup water
How to make
Partly peel the cucumber and chuck all ingredients to the
blender.
Blend until desired consistency.
Add honey to taste and serve.
