The revised version of pakoda taken a step further.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice, 3 tbsp plain flour, 1 tbsp finely
chopped green chillies, 2 pinches baking soda, 1/2 cup grated processed cheese,
1/2 tsp mustard powder, salt to taste, oil for deep frying, tomato ketchup for
serving.
How to make
Mash the rice in a deep bowl and add all the remaining
ingredients. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions and shape each
portion into a ball.
Heat the oil and deep fry a few balls at a time on a medium
flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
