5 Stretches to ease your back pain problem

to stretch:-
Lay
down on floor on you back. Then bend your knees and feet must touch the floor.
Pull your right knee to chest with the help of both the hands. Try to straighten
your left leg on the floor and continue this stretch for 10 seconds then repeat
it from opposite leg. Finally, do the stretch by holding both knees to your
chest for 10 seconds.
