buttock stretch:-
Start
this stretch by lying on floor. Now cross your right ankle over left knee. Now
hold the back of left thigh near knee and pull legs towards chest. You must
feel stretch in right buttock and hip. Hold for 3 breaths. Repeat this process
with right leg.
