Stand
at the distance of arm from a table. With knees slightly bent, lean forward towards
the table. Hold the edge of tableĆ with both hands. Keep your arms straight
and hang you head, level with your shoulders. Hold this position for 10
seconds. Now stand up straight with left hand in front. Now bring right arm
over head with elbow bent. Now bend yourself towards left gently. Keep this
position for 7-8 seconds and relax. Now repeat this step from right side
