5 Stretches to ease your back pain problem

Seated
spinal twist stretch:-
Sit down on the floor with knees bend. Left
leg must touch the floor, crossing knee of right leg. Extend your right arm and put it on
outside of left knee. Now place your left hand on floor behind you. Twist
gently towards left side. Your head, shoulders and torso should move in left.
You should feel a stretch up and down spine. Count till 3 and relax. Return to
center, switch legs, and repeat this from right leg.
