Side Fierce:-
First stand with feet together. Now breathe in and bend your knees and lower your hips. Simultaneously, raise your arms overhead, coming into fierce pose. Now exhale and bring your hands in front of your chest in Namaskar pose. Turn from your shoulders to right side without moving your hips or knees. Now put your left elbow on your right knee and bend your chest towards the right. Now press your both hands into each other for stability. Inhale deeply and look up in Fierce pose. Breathe out to draw your shoulder bones together and further down your back. Hold this position for 2 minutes. Now get back to your initial position.
