Bow pose:-
Start with lying down on stomach and feet
touching floor and palms downwards. Bend your knees and reach for the
outside edge of your right ankle and then your left. Now hold of each
ankle with hands. Keep your toes together, either pointing or flexing
your feet. While inhaling raise the thighs, head and chest as high as
possible. Try to maintain weight of the body on lower abdomen. Hold Bow
pose for five deep breaths. Now exhale and come back to normal position.
