Time for eye exercise!!Similar to the other body parts, eyes also requires exercise in order to make the eye muscles active by which your vision will be improved. Try the below eye exercises.
Open and close the close for at least times per session.Open your eyes wide and look around, pointing each direction (Up, bottom, left, right) for three to four seconds. Repeat it for 10 to 12 times per session.
Stretch your arms straight and hold the thumb pointing up. Bring close the thumb to your face and make your eyes to concentrate on the thumb. Repeat for 10-12 times per session.
