Potato Peas Sandwich:-

Ingredients
8-10 slices of brown bread or white bread, 1 cup boiled peas, 3 potatoes (boiled and grated), 2 green chilies (chopped), 1/2  tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, 4  kaffir lime leaves (finely chopped), 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 2 tbsp olive oil, butter, salt to taste

How to make
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry green chilies in it. Now add potatoes and fry. Add kaffir lime leaves, curry powder, boiled peas, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Now mash potatoes and peas together in pan. Cook this mixture for 2-3 minutes. Now let this mixture to cool down. Now take a slice of bread and butter it evenly. Now spread the filling on buttered bread slice. Cover this slice of bread with another buttered bread slice. Serve it with tomato sauce or coriander chutney.
