Paneer Sandwich:-

Ingredients
8-10 slices of brown bread or white bread, 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced), 1 medium onion (thinly sliced), chaat masala, cumin powder, butter, 200 gms paneer/cottage cheese, 1 tbsp chopped celery, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/2 tsp dry oregano, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red chili powder, 1 green chili (chopped), black salt

How to make

Crumble paneer in a bowl. Now add coriander, celery, oregano, green chilies, red chili powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix well. Paneer stuffing is ready. Spread butter on the bread. Place paneer mixture on the bread. Sprinkle chaat masala and jeera powder on it. Now place single slice of tomato and onion on paneer stuffing. Again sprinkle some salt, chaat masala and cumin powder. Now cover sandwich with other buttered slice on the top. Grill or toast the sandwich till crisp and browned from both sides with the help of butter. Serve Paneer sandwich hot with coriander chutney and tomato sauce.
