Bombay Sandwich:-
Ingredients
8-10 slices of white
or brown bread, 2 medium potatoes (boiled and sliced into rounds), 1 medium beetroot
(boiled and thinly sliced), 1 cucumber (thinly sliced), 1 medium onion (thinly
sliced), 1 medium tomato (thinly sliced), butter, chaat masala, black salt to
taste, roasted cumin powder as required, black pepper powder, tomato ketchup,
coriander chutney
How to make
Remove the corners of bread slices.
Apply butter on one bread slice and coriander chutney to other slice. Place single
slice of potato, beetroot, cucumber, onion and tomato on bread. Sprinkle black
salt and chaat masala on all veggies. Cover sandwich with other bread slice.
Cut sandwich into triangles and rectangles. Serve Bombay sandwich immediately
with tomato ketchup and the coriander chutney
