4 Ways to make yummy Hot Chocolate
Hot chocolate with Cinnamon:-
Ingredients
2 cups milk, 1 cinnamon stick (broken to pieces), 3 tbsp sugar, 3/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened), cinnamon powder to garnish
How to make
First take milk in a pan. Heat it, not boil. Remove it from sauce pan and add broken cinnamon stick pieces. Keep cinnamon sticks in milk for 15 minutes till the flavour of cinnamon is infused into milk. Strain the milk and discard broken cinnamon pieces. Now add sugar and vanilla and stir well till sugar dissolves. Now place milk on low flame. Slowly add cocoa powder and stir continuously. When cocoa powder dissolves, remove milk from flame. Pour into 3 glasses or mugs. Garnish Hot Chocolate with cinnamon powder and serve hot.
