Include what have you learned
If you had a long break, most employers will think that you are not as good as you were. In order to avoid this issue, make sure you say to your potential employer that you were busy during your break. Include some additional skills, experiences and training you had during your absence. By doing this, you will be a much better 'choice' in the eyes of potential employers. At the end, this also means that you will have higher chances of getting hired. Keep in mind that lack of this addition will have a negative effect to your employment and a hiring manager will probably choose another person.
