Heart It
Trends are an oddity. Some of them go on to become timeless pieces that are used all year long. Some fade with the seasons and, ideally, never come back. Fashion publications warned us last year that perms would be coming back.
Then again, fashionistas' reactions to certain trends are not as intense. The silk scarf is one such fashion. That lovely patterned necklace your grandmother used to wrap around her neck on important occasions?
This fall/winter season is all about the lovely designs that we are all familiar with, but these patterns are no longer limited to scarves; they are also used to decorate dresses, blouses, and skirts as well.
A lovely scarf is a very adaptable piece of clothing that can be worn with anything from a daytime ensemble to an evening one. For example, you may wear a beautiful silk scarf around your neck in place of jewellery in autumn. You're done when you add a pair of pearl earrings to that.
Stylish bibThis style reminds me of a bib, but if the scarf is sufficiently ornamental, it shouldn't look like one when worn to work. This is my favorite look, especially for business wear; it looks great with a jacket and a crisp white shirt.
Decorative ponytailIn my opinion, silk scarves look especially gorgeous when paired with various ponytails or buns. They give regular haircuts a really lovely twist and give the appearance of much more hair. You can get various bows and elegant knots formed of scarves with a hairpin attached as hair accessories. Or just a scarf will do!
One scarf, 3 stylesA square scarf is far less versatile than a long, narrow scarf. Thus, if you enjoy experimenting with different looks, I suggest getting a long, thin scarf.
When it comes to a scarf like that, you should just have fun and experiment with different positions and ties. Allow your imagination to go wild and create a wholly unique look! It's highly recommended during this autumn season!
