Watermelon SmoothieIngredients:4 cups chopped watermelon
1/2 cup fat free milk
Ice- as per requirement
Method:
1) Take out the seeds from the
watermelon.
2) In a blender, Combine the watermelon
and milk, and blend for 15 seconds.
3) Add the ice, again blend 20 seconds
longer.
4) Serve it cold.Serves- 4
